about the wallpaper, i think it's very cute, I love Mei the most, she's so cute >< however, i think you should make the wall more define, like using various colors, other than light blue and purple, in order to make it more pop art, just my piece of mind, ignore it if it sounds silly

everything is very impressive, except that the frame is very alike blackberri's sin art in Deviantart

just looked at your other paintings and i must say this is your best one so far ^^, the coloring technique and the use of colors is definitely got better

to be honest, this drawing is okay, but the collenge wouldn't be too impress with it, but if you submit your original vector art, it would be nice, just put in the portfolio whatever you feel most comfortable with and i can see your strong point is vector art.
I already have one art college in mind, it doesn't require portfolio but you have to do a project instead, well, maybe i'll just do both since i still have one more year till i'm graduate
good luck with your portfolio, i'm sure you can get into the college you want since you're so talented

i believe it is blending tool, not mesh! about the wall, the whole thing is very clean and i like the color you used, however, her mouth is kinda rough, it's strange
and the wall is too simple, it's good to be simple, but i don't see anything that can make this wall unique, well, maybe it's just me
